The ScrapsBook

Introducing The ScrapsBook, a cookbook for your kitchen scraps. Made in collaboration with 10 chefs across North America, it includes 50 recipes that show you what you can do with the little bits of food you normally throw away.

We printed a limited-edition physical book for giveaway through IKEA Family. Then, we made the cookbook available to all by putting it up as a free download on IKEA.ca, Apple Books, and Google Play Books.
