The YWCA Metro Vancouver wanted to shine a light on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and tackle the stigma that surrounds it. To do that, we teamed up with YWCA Metro Vancouver and their partners to create a first-of-its-kind online resource: the interactive, educational, FASD Dictionary.
Launched on International FASD Awareness Day on September 9th, The FASD Dictionary serves to educate Canadians about the basics of FASD through a series of videos and definitions—one for each letter of the alphabet.
Packed with information and interviews, the FASD Dictionary provides an online space where individuals with FASD, alongside doctors and key workers, can tell their story.
