Braille Box

Making the simple act of picking your favourite chocolate accessible to all.

Picking your favourite Purdys chocolate from a box is something that’s easily taken for granted. But for the blind and partially-sighted community, this is one of life’s small pleasures that they miss out on.

So, we created the Braille Box – a first-of-its-kind, fully accessible box of chocolates, designed in consultation with the blind and partially-sighted community. The box included a braille chocolate legend, braille orientation tabs, and a QR code for an accessible audio legend.
